Officially: Air Traffic Control Workforce Development Act of 2025
This bill would put more money into training air traffic controllers and try to keep experienced ones from leaving. It gives colleges grants, adds simulator funding, creates bonus programs, and sets up reviews of training and testing. It also requires mental health training and a radar report for Congress.
