The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof (van-type trailers) from the People's Republic of China (China) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV) for the period of investigation (POI) April 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025.
