Stop or limit WISeR and CMMI prior authorization models
Whether CMS should proceed with the WISeR model in traditional Medicare, whether Congress should cancel or narrow it, and whether CMMI should be restricted from testing substantially similar prior-authorization or pre-payment review models in the future.
