Comments close July 29 on a $450 million Chemours PFAS settlement
EPA and DOJ proposed a consent decree requiring Chemours to fund PFAS controls, drinking-water measures and mitigation work in West Virginia, North Carolina and New Jersey. DOJ lists the public comment period as closing July 29.
