A new report says U.S. HIV-aid disruptions closed clinics abroad
AP and The Guardian report that an amfAR survey found PEPFAR-related funding disruptions closed more than 1,700 HIV service sites and cut prevention and treatment services in dozens of countries, putting U.S. foreign-aid oversight back before Congress and the State Department.
