CMS told states to recheck Medicaid and CHIP coverage after CHNV parole terminations

A July 14 CMS bulletin says states must identify some beneficiaries whose Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, or Venezuelan parole has ended, reverify immigration status, and give notice and review rights before cutting full Medicaid or CHIP coverage.
